Videos for Your YouTube Channel

Create and publish movies on your own YouTube channel highlighting Maileroo's features and benefits. Whether it's a walkthrough, a tutorial, or creative ways to use Maileroo for emailing, your videos should engage and inform viewers while providing your own perspective.

Tutorials on Your Blog

Write and post Maileroo-related tutorials on your own blog. These tutorials should be educational, simple to follow, and assist users understand how to get the most of Maileroo's features. Your tutorials can cover a wide range of topics, from basic setup to complex email marketing methods, catering to a diversified audience looking to get the most of their Maileroo experience.

Guidelines

  1. Topic Relevance: Your post must be relevant to one or more of the following areas: Transactional Email, Marketing Email, Digital Marketing, SEO, AI/ML, Linux, or Programming Tutorials.
  2. Originality: Content must be original and not previously published elsewhere. We highly value unique perspectives and insights.
  3. Quality of Content: We expect well-researched, informative, and engaging content. The writing should be clear, concise, and free of grammatical errors.
  4. Length and Format: Blog posts should typically be between 600-1800 words. Use headings, subheadings, bullet points, and paragraphs to structure your content for easy readability.
  5. Visuals: Incorporate relevant images, charts, or infographics to enhance your post. Ensure you have the right to use these visuals or use royalty-free images.
  6. No Excessive Self-Promotion: While we understand the importance of personal branding, we discourage excessive self-promotion or sales pitches in the content submitted to Maileroo. However, we do allow a modest level of self-promotion. You may include a maximum of two links to your website in the article.
  7. Links: You may include relevant external links that add value to the content. However, all links must be appropriate and not lead to spammy or unethical websites.
  8. SEO Best Practices: If you are familiar with SEO, include relevant keywords naturally within the text. However, do not compromise the quality of the content for the sake of SEO.
  9. Review Process: Our editorial team will review your submission. We reserve the right to make minor edits for clarity and conformity to our guidelines. For major changes, we will consult with you.
  10. Publishing: Once your post is approved, we will schedule it for publication. We will inform you of the publication date and share the link once it's live.
  11. YouTube Engagement: For video content creators interested in collaborating with Maileroo, we require a minimum of 1000 followers on your YouTube channel to ensure a broad reach and engagement with your content.

Payments

At Maileroo, we value your creative contributions and believe in fair compensation for the quality and effort put into your content. Our payment structure varies depending on the type and quality of the content provided:

  1. Posts on Maileroo Official Blog:
    • Payment Range: $100 - $250 per post
    • Factors: Compensation depends on the length and quality of the post
  2. Videos:
    • For videos under 3 minutes: $75
    • For videos between 3 and 6 minutes long: $140
    • For videos longer than 6 minutes: $250
    • Factors: Payment is subject to the quality of the video content
  3. Posts on Your Own Blog:
    • Payment Range: $50 - $300 per post
    • Factors: Compensation is based on the content quality and relevance to our audience.

Please note that these rates are subject to the discretion of our review team, which assesses each submission based on its individual merit and alignment with Maileroo's standards and audience interests.

How to Submit?

Visit our Typeform submission page at Maileroo Creator Program Submission Form. Fill out the necessary details and upload your content. After submission, our team will review your content. We'll contact you to inform you about the approval status and discuss any potential edits or adjustments. Once your content is approved and published, we will process your payment as per the agreed rates.
