Sender Profiles
Configure the channels and rate limits used by verification requests.
Sender profiles define a name, the channels available for verification requests, and an optional request rate limit. A profile ID has the prf_ prefix.

Rate limits
Set rate_limit to restrict verification creation for this profile:

scope | string | destination or profile; defaults to destination when omitted. |
With destination scope, requests are counted per destination and channel. With profile scope, requests are counted across the entire sender profile. Once a limit is reached, creating another verification returns 429 Too Many Requests. Set rate_limit to null when updating a profile to remove its limit.
