How do I upgrade my account?
To upgrade your account, you can navigate to your dashboard once you are logged in and on the right-hand side, you will see all the details regarding your current account’s plan. You can also view this by clicking on the top right corner where you see your username and click on ‘Billing’.
You can begin the process by clicking the ‘Upgrade’ button which will navigate you to the billing page. Once on the billing page, you can see your current plan, upcoming bill and the option to upgrade.
In order to upgrade your current plan, you can click ‘Change Plan’ which will bring up a popup, asking what plan you would like to change to. In this popup, you can select from the dropdown the plan you wish to upgrade your account to. Once you have selected, simply click ‘Change Plan’.
You will be issued an invoice in which once you pay, your account will have been fully upgraded to the plan you have chosen. In order to view this, simply on the billing page, click the ‘Invoice’ tab. In which you will see all invoices related to your account. Select from the available payment options that best suit you by clicking ‘Pay Now’. Please ensure you have undergone the verification process before upgrading.
