I have a lifetime deal - what does this mean?

Last updated on  Feb 21, 2024

Maileroo at a given point offered lifetime deals to its users through various third-party platforms. This offer was provided for a select amount of deals under the terms of the third-party seller.

A user who purchased these lifetime deals was allowed to have a custom plan that lasted forever with no ongoing payments required. One-time payment is required to access all the features of Maileroo present at the time of the plan and going forward.

A user who purchased multiple codes for the lifetime deal was given the ability to stack their codes to receive higher sending limits.

I have purchased my lifetime deal and now I require more emails - what now?

The lifetime deals offered have limits on the amount of emails sent through per month and by stacking the codes you were able to stack the sending limit and receive more. Ultimately if your business scales beyond these sending limits we recommend upgrading your account to one of our plans that best suits the sending requirements of your system. Doing so, will remove you from your lifetime deal and place you on a subscription plan instead.

If you require any additional support, please reach out to our dedicated customer support team who would be more than happy to help answer your questions for you.
