How Do I Get A Dedicated IP?

Last updated on  Apr 26, 2024

First of all, please ensure that your current email delivery practices align with Maileroo's sending policy. This includes adhering to email content guidelines, avoiding spammy behaviour, and maintaining a positive sender reputation.

Dedicated IPs are best suited for high-volume senders. To qualify, you should have a consistent and substantial monthly sending volume. Plans with volume sending of 100,000 or more can apply for a dedicated IP. Pricing for dedicated IPs starts at $50 a month.

If you are interested in a custom plan, please contact our support team and we will be able to assist you in the setup of this and provide you with further details regarding a dedicated IP setup.

What are the benefits of using a dedicated IP?

  1. Enhanced Deliverability:
    • A dedicated IP provides you with full control over your sender's reputation. With consistent sending practices, you can build and maintain a positive reputation, which positively impacts email deliverability.
  2. Isolation from Other Senders:
    • Having a dedicated IP means you are not sharing the reputation with other senders. This isolation reduces the risk of being affected by the sending behaviour of others, ensuring a more stable delivery environment.
  3. Increased Sending Limits:
    • Dedicated IPs often come with higher sending limits. This is beneficial for high-volume senders, allowing them to scale their email campaigns without restrictions.

Obtaining a dedicated IP with Maileroo can significantly enhance your email delivery performance, providing you with greater control and customization options. Remember to meet the sending policy requirements and maintain a consistent sending volume to qualify for a dedicated IP. If you have any questions or need further assistance, don't hesitate to reach out to our dedicated support team.

Happy Sending!

Note: The process outlined in this document may be subject to change based on Maileroo's policies and procedures. Always refer to the latest documentation or contact support for the most up-to-date information.
