How do I send transactional emails with Maileroo?

You can send transactional emails with Maileroo using our SMTP relay or HTTP API. Whether you prefer the simplicity of SMTP or the flexibility of an API, we’ve got you covered.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit / debit cards including Visa, Mastercard and American Express through our payments partner, Paddle. We also offer PayPal and Cryptocurrency payments when paying annually.

What happens if I go over my plan’s limits?

If you go over your plan’s limits, we’ll stop sending emails until the next billing cycle. You can upgrade your plan at any time to avoid this.

Do you offer discounts for non-profits or open-source projects?

Do you offer a free plan?

Yes! Our free plan allows you to send up to 5,000 emails per month. You can upgrade to a paid plan at any time to send more emails.

What is your refund policy?

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all plans. If you’re not satisfied with Maileroo, we’ll refund your payment in full.

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel your plan at any time. If you cancel your plan, you will not be charged again. You will continue to have access to your plan until the end of your billing cycle.

Do you offer dedicated IP addresses and do I really need them?

We offer dedicated IP addresses as an addon, charged at $50 per month per IP address. If you’re sending a high volume of emails (1M+ monthly), you should consider using dedicated IP addresses. Dedicated IP addresses are more reliable and have a better reputation than shared IP addresses. This means your emails are more likely to be delivered to your recipients’ inboxes. Can I track email opens and clicks with Maileroo?

We automatically track email opens and clicks for all emails sent through Maileroo. You can view this data in your Maileroo dashboard.

Does Maileroo support DKIM and SPF?

When adding a domain to Maileroo, we automatically generate DKIM and SPF records for you. You can add these records to your DNS provider to authenticate your emails.

What kind of customer support does Maileroo offer?

We offer support from our internal ticketing system. Our team is available from 9 AM to 5 PM (Australian Eastern Standard Time) throughout the week.

Is there any hourly sending limit?

Yes, this limit is determined by your account reputation and verification status. To send large volumes of emails, you will need to verify your account first.

We require all customers to verify their account before sending large volumes of emails. This helps us prevent abuse and keep our platform secure for all customers.
