We are a non-profit membership organisation dedicated to the study and protection of ancient sites around the world. We send out a bi-weekly newsletter to around 10,000 email subscribers, keeping them informed about new archaeological discoveries, site updates, and heritage preservation efforts. Our mission is to document and protect megalithic monuments while educating the public about these incredible ancient structures.

Before using Maileroo, what challenges did you face with email delivery?

Our ISP was complaining at us for sending too many emails - we were triggering their spam filters so we needed a better solution. We can't use Mailchimp or similar platforms as each of our emails needs to be sent directly from our server, customised for each member. This personalisation is crucial for our community engagement, but it was causing deliverability issues with our previous setup.
