Maileroo Inbound Routing

Receive, parse, or forward emails with inbound routes

Maileroo Inbound Routing allows you to receive, process, parse or forward emails based on rules you define. Use Inbound Routing to automate your email workflow and improve your customer service.

Email Parsing

Easy Email Parsing

We'll parse plaintext and HTML emails, extract attachments, and recover the last reply in a thread, delivering all this data as a structured JSON object. You can use this data to automate processes like ticket management, CRM updates, and more.
Email Forwarding

Email Forwarding

Forward emails to your CRM, helpdesk, or any other system. You can forward emails based on rules you define, such as the sender, recipient or headers. This allows you to automate your email workflow and improve your customer service, without writing any code.
Smart Filtering

Smart Filtering

Use custom rules to filter emails based on their sender, recipient or headers. You can use these rules to automatically forward emails to the right team, or to block spam emails. We offer full support for SPF, DKIM, DMARC and spam filtering to make your job easier.

Create Rules

Create rules to route emails

Thanks to our powerful rules engine, you can create rules to route emails based on their sender, recipient, subject, or headers. Based on that, you can choose to parse the email, forward it to another email address, or send it to a webhook.

All this can be done without writing any code. You can create rules using our web interface, and they will be applied to all incoming emails in real-time.

Webhooks and Forwarding

Webhooks and forwarding

We’ll extract all the data from your email and deliver it to as many webhooks as you need. You can create multiple webhooks, and we’ll send the data to each one in a clean, friendly JSON format. Plus, retries and error handling are built-in to ensure reliable delivery.

If you prefer to forward the email to another email address, we can do that too. Just specify the email address you want to forward the email to, and we’ll take care of the rest. With full SPF and DKIM enabled forwarding, you can be sure that your emails will be delivered safely and securely.

Don't believe it? Read our Inbound Documentation to see how easy it is to integrate Maileroo Inbound Routing with your existing systems.

Filter, parse and redirect incoming emails with ease

Filter, parse with ease

Let's be real: email is a mess. It's a blend of plaintext, HTML, attachments, and quoted messages. Parsing email is a complex task that requires a deep understanding of MIME, email headers, and email body structure. We take care of that by processing and parsing your emails into a structured JSON object that gives you all the data you need - without the quoted messages and other irrelevant content.

Email Automation

Enforce email policies

Nobody likes spam. With Maileroo Inbound Routing, you can enforce email policies to block spam, phishing attempts, and other unwanted emails. That's why we empower you to set your own policies, ensuring you only receive emails compliant with DKIM, SPF, and DMARC. Additionally, we provide robust spam filtering to keep your inbox free from unwanted messages.

And guess what? We don't charge you for emails that you don't want to receive. You only pay for the emails that you receive and process.
