    What payment options do we accept?

    Maileroo accepts credit and debit cards, PayPal, and cryptocurrency for plan purchases, plus international wire bank transfers for annual plans. To pay, open your latest invoice under the billing page’s Invoices tab, click Pay Now, and choose an available payment option.

    What are the differences between free & paid plans?

    Maileroo’s free plan includes all features, up to 3,000 outbound and 1,000 inbound emails monthly, lower hourly caps, and 2 custom domains. Paid plans keep the same features while raising monthly and hourly sending limits and allowing unlimited custom domains. See pricing for current limits.

    Is billing automated?

    Billing is automated, with invoices sent before their due dates to notify you of payment requirements. Visit the “invoice” tab on your billing page to view all invoices, including upcoming payments. If you need help or experience payment issues, contact the support team for assistance.

    How long do I have to pay before my plan is suspended?

    Maileroo provides a one-week grace period after your invoice due date. If payment is not received by then, your account and email delivery services will be temporarily suspended. Recurring reminders are sent by email, and the support team can help reactivate your account.
