Exporting your data generates downloadable files containing different types of Maileroo data.

Export your data

  1. Log in to your account.

  2. Open the Activity dropdown in the left sidebar.

  3. Select Data Export.

  4. Choose the report you want to export.

Available exports

  • Aggregate Report

    • Export aggregated email statistics for a date range (max 90 days).

  • Delivery Report

    • Export delivery report data for a date range (max 14 days).

  • Email Activity Report

    • Export raw email activity data for selected domains (max 14 days). Limited to 20 million rows maximum.

  • Suppression List

    • Generate a CSV export of your suppression list. The export will be generated in the background and can contain up to 10 million addresses. You can download it from the Data Export page when it is ready.
