How do I reset my password?
If you are looking to change your password, you can do it in 2 ways. In a logged-in state or if you have forgotten your password and are logged out you can always request to change it.
I am a logged-in user and want to change my password
Once logged in, in the top right corner you will see your username which you can click on to access your profile.
Once you are on the profile page, you will see a section that allows you to change your password.
I am a logged-out user looking to change my password
Located on the login page you will find a ‘Forgot Password?’ link which you can click and it will navigate you to the password reset page. Or you can go direct via this link.
Simply enter the email address associated with your Maileroo account, complete the reCAPTCHA and then click the ‘Reset Password’ button
You will receive an email from Maileroo with a link regarding your password reset. Simply click it and then reset your password by entering a new password and then confirm it by adding it in again.
Ensure you are creating a strong password to further enhance the security of your account. Once you have done that, you can now log in with your new password.
