Upgrade from your dashboard or open Billing from your username menu. Click Upgrade, then Change Plan, choose a plan from the dropdown, and confirm. Complete verification and pay the issued invoice under the Invoice tab to activate your new plan. Contact support if payment issues arise.

How do I setup 2FA?
Strengthen your Maileroo account with two-factor authentication. Log in, open your profile, find the Two Factor Authentication section, and scan the QR code with a 2FA app such as Google Authenticator. Enter the generated code, update your profile, and setup is complete.

How do I get a dedicated IP?
Dedicated IPs are best suited for high-volume senders. To qualify, you should have a consistent and substantial monthly sending volume. Plans with volume sending of 100,000 or more can apply for a dedicated IP. Pricing for dedicated IPs starts at $50 a month.

How many domains can I add to my account?
Paid Maileroo plans support unlimited domains, while free plans allow 2 custom domains, including the sandbox domain. From the Domains menu, select Connect Domain and enter its name. Maileroo then generates the DNS records to configure and verify with your registrar before sending emails.

Emails beyond Maileroo’s hourly sending limit are dropped, though reputable senders may receive 2–3 daily burst tokens allowing temporary overages of up to 200%. Eligible paid accounts also get a 12% monthly buffer; after it is used, further emails are dropped rather than queued.
