Templates are pre-made emails for transactional and marketing messages. Maileroo includes more than 200 designs that you can copy into your account and adapt with the built-in drag-and-drop builder.
You can also import your own HTML. Either route gives you a reusable design that works with Maileroo’s template engine and can be sent through the email API.
Find a template in the Gallery
Open Templates from the sidebar.
Select the Gallery tab in the top navigation.
Browse the available designs and choose one to copy.
Use the drag-and-drop builder to shape it into your own email.
The Gallery includes templates for both marketing campaigns and transactional messages. Your existing designs appear in the tab containing the templates you have created.
Import your own HTML template
If you already have an email design, you can bring it into Maileroo using one of three methods:
Upload an HTML file directly.
Upload a ZIP folder containing the HTML file and its images.
Submit a link to an HTML page for Maileroo to crawl and extract.
After importing, you can work with the template in the no-code HTML editor. This lets you change images, titles, colours, and styling without digging into the HTML itself.
Create and manage your templates
Open Templates from the sidebar whenever you want to create a design, browse the Gallery, or return to templates you have already made. From there, you can edit your email and prepare it for use with the Maileroo email API.
